Irish novelist and short story writer Evelyn Conlon lived in Australia for three years in the 1970s. She returns this month to talk about the place of fiction in history at the Consulate General of Ireland on Market Street. It begins at 7pm.

The breakfast will take place at the Musgrave Pond area of Centennial Park between 10am and 12pm. Bring your own brekkie, and perhaps something to share around if you are feeling generous, picnic attire – rugs, chairs etc. There’s the chance of a championship rounders game for those keen!
