Project Coordinator / Estimator

  • You will be working closely with the two directors and office staff.

  • The role is predominantly office based with some site visits from time to time.

  • You will be using estimating Software CostX (Training Available) and Microsoft Office to price jobs.

  • Management of all material orders and labour.

  • Cost monitoring of all jobs.

  • Creating progress claims.

  • Record keeping and document control

You will need excellent communication skills as well as a high attention to detail to be successful. This is a full-time position and remuneration will be based on your skills and experience.


  • Experience in domestic housing/ commercial construction

  • Able to work independently

  • Have their own tools

  • Current white card

  • Own motor vehicle with current drivers licence

  • Can motivate & have a positive effect on fellow workers

  • Possess good attitude toward building tasks in general

  • High quality workmanship

Full Time Site Safety Officer, Sydney NSW


We are an accredited Sydney Water Civil Constructor currently seeking experienced and reliable site safety officer. Responsibilities Include:

Site inspections, visits and audits to ensure a hazard free environment

• Conduct toolbox and site safety meetings including reporting on site incidents

• Review and approve all safety plans including SWMS, Environmental Management Plans, Safety Procedures and insurances

• Establish safety standards and policies as needed, as well as develop/implement new procedures including overseeing tickets and expiry dates, confined space permits and first aid certificates

• Enforce safety guidelines as well as promote safe practices on site

• Train and carry out drills and exercises on site

• Verify that all equipment is adequate and safe for use, including tagging and testing, fire extinguishers, machine services and plant and equipment registers.

• Certificate IV in OH&S or equivalent internal auditor training

We are a civil sewer and water constructor with Sydney Water accreditation seeking experienced pipe layers and machine operators for work at various sites in South and North Western Sydney.

Machine operations include trenching and back filling for water and sewer main.
